Summary: In the AU world, the 12 year old that will become Taka is stated to be a failure.
Author's Note: Another AU story. This time it's about what happens after Taka is taken from the orphanage where she lived with 17-year old Jiro.
She hadn’t spoken for four months. They had transferred her away from Tokyo in hopes that she would come out of her shell and become a better person; so far that had been less than successful. She still kept silent, her dark orbs staring out at the world with no emotions.
She wore a sweater in the summer heat; stiffened when others tried to touch her. She seemed to have no feelings – she appeared to be a doll; beautiful yet cold. She stayed to herself -
Alone.
Nothing they did helped her – she, for all intense and purposes, was a failure.
