Summary: Eddie and Aoi spend a night together
Eddie pays for the whole night on Saturdays. It costs him a pretty penny – fifty thousand yen – but, that hardly matters. He sneaks in a tiny radio and a novel by her favorite author. Softly he reads to her from the book; she has to help him with the larger words. After they read, they dance. Eddie holds Aoi close and signs along with the lyrics. He tells her that every song they dance to is their song.
“We’ll play it when we’re free.”
He wants more; she wants even more. They can’t have it; not yet. Someday they’ll have it all.
