Story Title: A Little Romance
Summary: In 2009, Ling'er walks home with Ji Sung
Ji Sung’s hand stayed firmly in Ling’er’s as they strolled through the streets of Seoul. He loved the feel of Ling’er’s tiny hand in his, soft and warm. The cool late summer air was a blessing, as it gave Ji Sung an excuse to stay rather close to Ling’er’s side.
“Aren’t you tired?” Ling’er questioned quietly, smiling up at him. “School keeps you busy.”
“I am tired.” Ji Sung agreed with a nod. “Very tired. Even my hair wants to sleep. But, somehow, when I’m with you, I feel like I could run across the city.”
Ling’er’s smile grew wider. “You really do tell beautiful lies. I think you’re not as tired as you say. Otherwise, how could you walk me up and down the same street over and over?”
Ji Sung shrugged lightly. She had a point, they had been walking up and down Ling’er’s street for the past hour and a half. As soon as they got to Ling’er building, Ji Sung would turn them around and head back the way they had come. He just didn’t want to say goodbye just yet.
“I told you, being with you gives me all sorts of energy.”
“Then, should I be with you all the time, so you can be full of energy every day?”
Suddenly, Ji Sung felt hot; his face was turning red. “Uh. . .”
“You can move in with my family and sleep next to My Mason.”
Playfully, Ji Sung pulled Ling’er into a hug. “I’d rather sleep next to you.” Happy to have her close to him, Ji Sung kissed Ling’er’s forehead.
Giggling, Ling’er responded by kissing Ji Sung squarely on the lips.
